Most people breathe wrong – Inhale + let the belly expand out. Exhale + let the navel come to spine. Changing the breath pattern will change your life.
In a slump? One of the quickest ways to pull yourself out is to say one thing you’re grateful for. It can be anything. Say it out loud. The sound of your own voice is 100x more powerful in its ability to move your psyche. Let the attitude of gratitude give you ALTITUDE.
Cold Showers are EVERYTHING – 3 minutes of a cold shower is equivalent to 30 minutes of hard/intense yoga. The cold shower practice is also extremely powerful for the nervous system, glandular system, and immune system. Try a couple minutes, massage the body under the water (or just put it on the tops of the feet / armpits) everyday for a week and see how energized + unshakeable you feel.
Life is just a series of choices + outcomes – choose accordingly.
